Anarchy in the Philippines

A short documentary exploring the war on drugs in the Philippines through the eyes of young rebel punks - an underground community living on the outskirts of a society where looking different is a courageous act.

Overview

They hitchhike, beg for food, screen print bootleg band t-shirts, and help vulnerable members of their community. But President Duterte's violent 'War on Drugs' makes a punk lifestyle an incredibly dangerous choice.
