Yin Yoga Yin Yoga works on the deeper connective tissue by holding the individual asanas for longer and with relaxed muscles (i.e. without force). It combines anatomical knowledge with the teachers of Dao Yoga and the meridians. This DVD gives you an easy introduction to Yin Yoga practice.
