Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the material

CinEvo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The content displayed is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4. TMDB Attribution

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie and TV show data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is used in accordance with their terms of use.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CinEvo be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this application, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
